Every praline is designed as a small story.
Its shape recalls a bell, while its centre hides a wealth of flavours.
Between the surface and the depths
The chocolate acts as a protective layer that guards a carefully chosen filling, while the contrast of flavours symbolises the difference between the calm surface of the lake and the mysterious depths beneath it.
Each bite thus becomes a moment of silence and reflection, a tribute to the nature and history of Bled.

Craftsmanship
From chocolate to bell
First, the gold decoration is brushed into the moulds, then the chocolate is poured in to form the outer shell of the bell.
The bells are filled and sealed with chocolate. Once they have cooled, they are taken out of the moulds and placed in their boxes.

The final form of the praline remains true to the legend.
With its refined silhouette and carefully considered composition, it forms a bridge between tradition and modern cuisine.
